ABC Supply is seeking an Export Customer Service Coordinator to support the international sales team. The role involves assisting customers, vendors, and branches with export orders and ensuring accurate order processing and on-time shipments.

In addition to strong communication skills, candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of providing exceptional customer service across clerical tasks, data entry, and branch support.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers, vendors, branches, and the international sales team with export orders.
• Answering the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Assuring that orders are processed correctly, shipments are coordinated on time, and customers receive excellent support throughout the process.
• Administrative and clerical support for branch leadership as needed.
• Taking and delivering messages; Data entry and filing.
• Providing superior customer service.
• General office duties.
• Assisting with branch accounting as needed.
• Assisting with receiving of products.
• Assisting with purchasing duties.
