Qualifications

• 15+ years global trade experience
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role
• Knowledge of CBP, BIS, OFAC, DDTC and ECCN classifications
• Experience defining and executing a global trade compliance strategy

Responsibilities

• Provide expert direction on global trade and compliance and execute Dell's Trade Management Program
• Lead internationally distributed trade teams and drive automation of systems and processes
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and implement new procedures and policies
• Manage the company's export compliance risk assessment process
• Collaborate with regulators on US and global export control matters
