Job summary

Echo Communications seeks an Experiential Learning Program Lead to design and oversee a global learner program, aligning internships, apprenticeships, and residencies with the organization’s mission.

You will recruit across diverse networks, coordinate placements and supervision, and ensure learners receive onboarding, training, and professional development aligned with Echo’s values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational leadership, nonprofit management, communications, ministry, student development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, engage, assess, and build relationships with colleges, universities, churches, and networks.
• Experience designing and facilitating orientation, training, professional development, or cohort-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organization-wide Experiential Learning strategy across internships, apprenticeships, and residencies.
• Coordinate compensated and unpaid placements across departments with clear supervision and learning outcomes.
• Build relationships with universities, colleges, and mission networks for strong talent pipelines.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and professional development for Learners.
