Job summary

Spotify’s Global Experiential and Content Production team seeks an Associate Director with broad content and event production experience. You will support multiple functions across Communications, Ads, Government Affairs, Product, Music, Creator, Podcast and Audiobooks to bring initiatives to life through strategic events and content.

This senior role requires guiding experiential work and content creation while mentoring producers and building scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in event, show, and content production.
• Experience leading large-scale live productions and delivering creative outcomes.
• Ability to translate business goals into engaging experiences.
• Strong knowledge of content production workflows (pre- and post).
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of live experiences including corporate programs, activations, creator and partner events, policy engagements, internal events, and VIP experiences.
• Shape end-to-end production from concept to execution with high-quality creative and operational delivery.
• Bring expertise in stage production (lighting, audio, design) to elevate experiences.
• Manage vendor and agency partnerships and select collaborators based on scale and needs.
• Oversee content capture shoots from development to on-site execution and post-production workflows.
