Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager II to drive the international expansion program for eero, collaborating with Legal, Packaging, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to assess new launch feasibility and deliver a scalable roadmap.

You will use data to validate hypotheses, manage cross-functional dependencies, and escalate risks to keep launches on track across multiple countries and channels. Strong analytical and program-management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field and four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Four years of experience: collaborating with engineering teams to design scalable workflows, system integrations, and compliance automation; driving product/program strategy for launches with cross-functional dependencies; using data analysis (SQL, forecasting, dashboards) to guide roadmap decisions; managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and trade-offs with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with International Expansion leadership to define and execute the internationalization strategy.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate new international launch requests and drive the international roadmap.
• Use data to validate hypotheses, inform decision-making, and prioritize launches across multiple countries and channels.
• Escalate technical and program risks, blockers, and trade-offs with clear impact analysis.
• Develop stakeholder workflows to improve program efficiency and reduce friction across handoffs.
• Drive program management processes for international launches and ensure timely delivery against commitments.
• Implement audit mechanisms to increase efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Create self-service resources and documentation to enable teams to move faster.
• Respond to leadership requests with dependable SLAs.
