Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a PM-T on the Country Expansion team to define requirements and drive geographies launches. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations across regions to translate country needs into clear product specs and milestones.

You will assess regulatory constraints, build Shared Capabilities, and align executives on readiness, with direct customer discovery to validate gaps in the LBGUPS journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing critical customers during executive prioritization and planning.
• 6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for country expansion.
• Own and instrument readiness as a gating input metric for country launch sequencing.
• Identify and prioritize regulatory, technical, and customer experience requirements.
• Serve as the single-threaded owner for cross-functional alignment across teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
• Capture learnings to improve the expansion playbook.
• Conduct direct customer discovery in target geographies.
