Job summary

Amazon in San Francisco seeks a Sr. Creative Packaging Program Manager to drive end-to-end printed packaging for eero launches and international expansion.

You will create global schedules, coordinate with marketing, brand, legal, and leadership, and manage artwork development and approvals. The role requires 8+ years in packaging program management and a strong background in print production and artwork workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design/packaging program management, print production, or packaging development.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders (e.g., marketing, legal, compliance, operations, or engineering).
• Experience with print production processes (offset, flexography, or screen printing) and mechanical artwork approval workflows.
• Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions.
• Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional stakeholders to determine schedule for on-box packaging and label content for eero programs.
• Own and communicate the artwork schedule to the hardware program team to ensure alignment.
• Lead packaging ID and packaging artwork approval meetings with CEO & CMO.
• Develop systems that improve how packaging content is reviewed, approved, and released for production.
• Manage BOM change control for packaging materials.
• Approve printed mechanical artworks and supplier proofs to ensure production readiness and color control.
• Understand multiple printing processes and guide decisions based on capabilities.
• Participate in worldwide SKU creation and simplify SKU strategy.
