You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate complex technology for broad audiences, and advocate for decisions that protect Amazon and customer interests as the program scales to tens of millions of customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional communications or public relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
• Proven track record launching new consumer technology products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive announcements and launches for Leo consumer products and services.
• Build and execute proactive communications campaigns to build consumer awareness of Amazon Leo.
• Drive proactive and reactive engagement with relevant media, analysts and influencers.
• Develop high-quality content for earned, owned, and social channels.
• Build and execute managed product reviews program.
• Anticipate and manage potential reputational issues.
• Develop and manage mechanisms to help scale Leo product communications globally.
