Job summary

Chainlink is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to lead complex, high-impact searches across our global organization. You will partner directly with executive leaders to identify, assess, engage, and hire exceptional senior talent, focusing on Director+ and executive roles across technical and business functions.

This is a highly hands-on role where you will own searches from scoping to close, combining rigorous research with stakeholder management, candidate experience, and execution.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex, multi-source executive searches in fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record hiring Director, VP and/or C-level talent across functions.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to shape scopes, strategies, and compensation.
• Strong ownership with execution-driven mindset and rapid delivery.
• Attention to detail and clear, executive-level written updates.
• Experience building recruiting processes, practices, and frameworks.
• Experience delivering searches across multiple international markets (NA/EU).
• Ability to balance rigorous interview processes with a superior candidate experience.
• Ability to operate effectively in asynchronous, distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver global executive and senior leadership searches across technical and business functions.
• Partner with executive leaders to shape role scopes, candidate profiles, and search strategies.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor with market perspective to improve hiring decisions.
• Build talent maps and pipelines via direct sourcing, networks, referrals, and external search firms.
• Develop clear briefing materials, market maps, and executive updates.
• Evolve recruiting practices and assessment frameworks for broad adoption.
• Ensure a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience while maintaining rigor.
• Develop networks with senior leaders for ongoing market intelligence and future candidates.
• Collaborate across a globally distributed org to balance urgency and thoughtful decision-making.
