Job summary

Davis-Standard is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead global executive search efforts, focusing on Director and VP roles across locations. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, develop strong pipelines, and apply PI-based assessments to inform leadership decisions.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will partner with senior leaders, promote data-driven hiring, and uphold DEI commitments while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years recruiting senior leadership roles (Director, VP) in global or multi-site org.
• Proven success in direct sourcing and engaging senior-level talent.
• Experience using behavioral and cognitive assessments in selection.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Expertise in competency-based interviewing and leadership evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple leadership searches in a fast-paced environment.
• High discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director and VP roles across global locations.
• Develop targeted search strategies aligned with priorities and succession needs.
• Build and maintain pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
• Conduct assessments, interviews, and selection processes.
• Integrate PI assessments into leadership evaluation and provide insights to hiring leaders.
• Partner with CHRO to understand leadership needs and gaps.
• Present shortlists, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain high-touch, professional candidate experience in line with employer brand.
