Job summary

Davis-Standard seeks an Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Director and VP roles worldwide. You will build pipelines, conduct assessments, and collaborate with the CHRO to align talent with organizational strategy.

You will implement PI-based evaluations, train hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across markets, driving leadership succession and transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years recruiting senior leadership roles (Director, VP) in a global or multi-site organization.
• Direct sourcing and engaging senior-level talent experience.
• Experience using behavioral and cognitive assessments in talent selection.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive decision-making.
• Expertise in competency-based interviewing and leadership evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple leadership searches in a fast-paced environment.
• High discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.
• Preferred: PI assessment experience, manufacturing/industrial background, PE-backed orgs, international recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director and Vice President roles across global locations.
• Develop targeted search strategies aligned with priorities and succession planning.
• Build pipelines of leadership candidates via direct sourcing, networking, and market research.
• Conduct and facilitate assessments, competency interviews, and selection processes.
• Integrate PI behavioral and cognitive assessments into leadership evaluation.
• Partner with CHRO to align leadership needs and talent gaps.
• Present shortlists and insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience aligned with employer brand.
• Develop global recruiting standards and train managers on structured interviews.
• Promote data-driven decision-making using PI and other tools.
• Evaluate systems, metrics, and processes to improve efficiency.
