Job summary

Allied Universal in Chicago seeks an Executive Protection Manager to lead protection operations and strategic planning for high‑profile clients. You will coordinate with the Director of Executive Protection and manage protective resources, training, and risk mitigation initiatives.

The role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to oversee complex projects across global programs while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience required.
• At least 10 years of combined experience in executive protection or related security.
• Military or law enforcement special operations and protective operations experience preferred.
• Experience in protective intelligence and complex investigations.
• EMT or First Responder qualifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage protective strategies and training aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate executive protection activities to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Prepare security briefings and after-action reports for leadership.
• Lead contractor resources and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations and readiness.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
