Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo US seeks a senior Clinical Supply Operations leader to drive global CSO activities for oncology and specialty medicine from early development through launch and life cycle management.

You will oversee CTM supply, comparator management, and vendor governance while coordinating with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners to deliver robust clinical supply performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years industry experience in biotechnology/pharma (Clinical Supply Operations).
• 12+ years in CSO or related field globally with oncology project development experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Global CSO strategy aligned with TECH Unit 2030 vision.
• Ensure stable CTM operation and comparator management across global projects.
• Oversee CSO activities in DSI, DST, and DSE with budget accountability.
• Collaborate with senior execs and external partners to maximize portfolio value.
