Role: Executive Director, Clinical Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• define and execute supply chain strategy aligned with pipeline goals;
• oversee demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and supply continuity of investigational and comparator medicinal products;
• collaborate with Clinical Operations, PDM, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;
• lead team building, mentorship, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences;
• 20+ years in pharma supply chain, with 5+ years in leadership;
• strong knowledge of cGMP, demand/supply planning, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred

• experience with outsourced manufacturing (CMOs),
• proven leadership,
• excellent communication,
• and ability to manage multiple projects in complex environments.

High Value
