You will shape strategy, oversee study design, execution, data interpretation, and regulatory responses across Phase 1–3 programs, aligning with product objectives and regulatory expectations. The role requires medical accountability for trials, matrix management across internal and external partners, and leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• MD required for clinical development leadership.
• Postgraduate training in TA or related specialty is required.
• 7+ years of relevant clinical development experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as study medical expert and oversee CRO Medical Monitor activities.
• Lead development and execution of the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) with alignment to TPP.
• Interpret and present clinical data to stakeholders; support regulatory and safety reporting.
• Provide medical leadership for study design, protocol development and key documents.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
