Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience, typically 15–20+ years in global logistics or aerospace/defence.
• Proven ability to translate industry trends into growth opportunities and differentiated solutions.
• Strong executive leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to engage C-suite customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global Aerospace & Defence vertical strategy.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic account development and new business.
• Position DSV as a trusted supply chain partner to aerospace manufacturers and defence contractors.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to convert strategy into market execution and ensure quality and compliance.
