Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Executive Vice President, Global Vertical Head of Aerospace & Defence. You will shape and drive the global vertical strategy, positioning DSV as a trusted logistics partner to leading aerospace and defence customers.

The role requires 15–20+ years of senior leadership and deep industry expertise, with global accountability across regions. You will lead commercial excellence and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels.

Qualifications

15–20+ years in senior commercial, operational, P&L or general management roles within global logistics or Aerospace & Defence.
Deep understanding of the Aerospace & Defence ecosystem, OEMs, Tier suppliers, and related supply chains.
Strong knowledge of regulatory, quality, security and trade compliance requirements.
Proven ability to translate industry trends into growth opportunities and differentiated solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the global Aerospace & Defence vertical strategy with alignment to overall growth goals.
Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic account development and new opportunities.
Position DSV as a trusted partner to aerospace manufacturers, defence contractors, and airlines.
Develop industry intelligence and monitor market dynamics, production trends and geopolitical factors.
Translate industry developments into actionable commercial strategies and scalable logistics solutions.
Lead global commercial excellence including account planning, pipeline development, and sales effectiveness.
