DSV is seeking an Executive Vice President, Global Vertical Head of Aerospace & Defence to shape and lead our vertical strategy with a focus on growth, partnerships, and differentiated logistics solutions.

You will drive global revenue, develop strategic accounts, and lead cross‑functional teams across regions to ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery for aerospace and defence customers worldwide. Strong executive presence and deep industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of leadership experience in global logistics, aerospace, defence, or related industries.
• Proven ability to translate industry trends into strategic growth opportunities and differentiated solutions.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite customers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global Aerospace & Defence vertical strategy.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic accounts and new opportunities.
• Position DSV as a trusted logistics partner across OEMs, Tier suppliers, and MRO providers.
• Develop industry intelligence and translate it into commercial strategies and scalable solutions.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, trade compliance, and operational resilience requirements are met.
• Lead global commercial excellence and coordinated cross-regional execution.
