Job summary

DSV is seeking an Executive Vice President, Global Vertical Head of Aerospace & Defence to shape and lead the global vertical strategy. You will drive sustainable growth, engage senior customers, and ensure strategic alignment across regions, driving differentiating logistics solutions for Aerospace & Defence customers.

You will lead a high-performance team, collaborate with regional leadership, and represent DSV in executive engagements and industry forums.

Qualifications

A relevant university degree that equips you with strong analytical and professional foundations.
Extensive leadership experience, typically 15-20+ years, in global logistics, Aerospace & Defence, aviation, or similar industries.
Deep understanding of the global Aerospace & Defence ecosystem including OEMs, Tier suppliers, defence contractors, MRO providers, and supply chains.
Strong appreciation of regulatory, quality, security, trade compliance, and risk considerations in aerospace & defence supply chains.
Demonstrated ability to translate industry trends, customer strategies, and market intelligence into strategic growth opportunities.
Proven track record of developing and executing global commercial strategies delivering revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Strong executive leadership in complex, global matrix organizations aligning commercial and operational stakeholders.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities with C-suite credibility.
Strategic and commercially entrepreneurial mindset with governance and compliance awareness.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
