Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in events or related field.
• Customer service oriented, delivering a positive client experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication, professional with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels, including senior management.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support Event Associates and Managers with all aspects of meeting planning and execution.
• Oversee registration management and attendee communications, testing system functionality.
