Job summary

SeneGence International is seeking a Global Events Registration Lead to manage registration, attendee databases, and event reporting for worldwide programs. You will support web pages, data integrity, and customer service across multiple time zones.

In this role, you will coordinate on-site check-in, develop sign-up processes for volunteers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth attendee experience during corporate events and training sessions.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related field OR relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to stay calm and clear-headed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data entry skills and ability to interpret reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
• Consistent and regular attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain registration webpages and software (Cvent) for all corporate-sponsored events.
• Provide reliable customer service via email, phone, or in person.
• Liaise between Global Events and other departments to provide accurate information.
• Manage registration processes including data entry and quality control.
• Produce and analyze reports; summarize key insights for internal use.
• Coordinate on-site registration and badge printing with Cvent OnArrival 360.
