Job summary

Collabera Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Program Solutions coordinator to coordinate and deliver global events and training initiatives. You will manage branded merchandise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure timely execution.

You will source materials, create part numbers and purchase requisitions, maintain accurate records, and resolve routine operational issues while supporting data entry, reporting, and process documentation for the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver global events and training programs.
• Manage branded merchandise activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Source materials and respond to queries.
• Create part numbers and purchase requisitions.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve routine operational issues.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation.
• Support other Program Solutions team activities as assigned.
