Job summary

The role requires strong organization, problem solving, and vendor management skills, with 3–5 years of meetings/events experience and proficiency in Cvent and MS Office. Hybrid work with four onsite days and one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of related experience in meetings/events.
• Familiarity with contracts and venue sourcing.
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Source event venues and send out RFPs.
• Review hotel/venue and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate meeting specifications and BEOS review.
• Collaborate with production, signage, transportation, and decor vendors.
• Work with StoneX Graphic Design Team on branding and signage.
• Manage speaker and agenda logistics.
• Create name badges and meeting materials.
• Test registration site (Cvent) for accuracy.
• Ensure events are current on the company website.
• Partner with Event Marketing and Central Marketing Teams.
