Job summary

Yahoo is seeking an Event Operations Coordinator in Nashville to support strategic planning, execution, and oversight of Yahoo's Global Events and Experiential Marketing activities across B2B, B2C, and internal programs.

You will manage registrations, travel logistics, vendor contracts, and data reporting while leveraging Google tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve turn‑around times and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience in administrative, operations, project coordination, events, or related support role.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project coordination and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Events & Experiential Marketing team.
• Coordinate event registrations and manage attendee data across platforms.
• Develop and maintain presentation materials using Google Slides.
• Collect and report event metrics using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate travel logistics including hotel blocks and transportation.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes with AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Prepare, pack, ship and organize event materials up to 50 lbs.
• Manage vendor contracts and payments and ensure timely processing.
