Job summary

TrendAI in North America is seeking a Manager, Global Events to lead planning and execution of major industry trade shows and conferences across North America from our North America hub. The role is hybrid, based in Las Colinas, Texas with Austin option.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Leadership and partners to deliver high‑impact experiences, manage budgets, vendors, and timelines, and measure ROI across programs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional events experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of major North American trade shows and conferences.
• 2) Manage end‑to‑end event delivery from planning to post‑event analysis.
• 3) Coordinate booth builds, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and logistics.
• 4) Ensure high‑quality brand experience across major events.
• 5) Oversee budgets, contracts, timelines, and vendor deliverables.
• 6) Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, leadership and partners for impact and ROI.
