Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and an enterprise unit of Trend Micro, is seeking an experienced Manager, Global Events to lead our North America events program. Based in Las Colinas, Texas with a hybrid schedule, you will plan and execute major trade shows such as Black Hat, RSAC, AWS re:Invent, and internal executive events, coordinating with sales, marketing and partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional events experience
• Proven experience managing large‑scale trade shows and conferences
• Strong end‑to‑end event management from strategy to post‑event analysis
• Experience managing event budgets, vendors, contracts and timelines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across North America and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of major industry trade shows and conferences across North America
• Manage end‑to‑end event delivery from planning to post‑event analysis
• Coordinate booth builds, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, hospitality and logistics
• Work with sales and marketing to drive engagement, pipeline and brand awareness
• Oversee budgets, contracts, timelines and supplier deliverables
• Identify opportunities to maximise event investment through partnerships and programs
