We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Manager, Global Events to join our growing Global Events team, based in North America. This role will play a key part in delivering our global events strategy, with a particular focus on major industry trade shows and conferences across North America. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing complex, high‑profile events such as Black Hat, RSA Conference (RSAC), AWS re, NVIDIA GTC, or similar large‑scale events. Alongside major trade shows, you will support and lead a portfolio of Tier 1 internal and external events, working closely with marketing, sales, leadership, partners, customers, and external agencies to deliver impactful experiences that support business objectives. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers, and understands how to turn an event strategy into an exceptional on‑the‑ground experience.
This is a hybrid role that will be located in our Las Colinas, Texas office located at 225 E John W Carpenter Fwy #1500, Irving, TX 75062. We are also open to candidates in the Austin, TX area.
You are an experienced events professional who can both think strategically and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
You understand that a successful event is about much more than logistics. You know how to create experiences that bring a brand to life, engage customers and prospects, support sales teams, and deliver measurable business impact.
You are confident managing complex programmes with multiple stakeholders, are calm under pressure, and have a strong eye for detail. You are equally comfortable developing an event plan in advance of a programme and solving an unexpected issue on the show floor.
Most importantly, you are collaborative, commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about delivering best‑in‑class events.
