White & Case LLP in New York is seeking an Events Manager to plan and execute client-facing and internal events across the Americas, with potential global travel. You will lead budgets, vendor relations, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Procurement to deliver high-impact events using Cvent and other tools.

You will mentor junior staff, prioritize multiple projects, and ensure events align with the firm's strategic objectives while maintaining exceptional client service

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years in a legal services firm required.
• Prepared to work outside standard business hours, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.
• Travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
• Strong knowledge of local vendors and venues.
• Proficient in using event management software and tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, implementation, and measurement of best practice approaches in collaboration with stakeholders and internal departments.
• Strategically plan and execute a diverse portfolio of high-impact in-person and virtual events, including: Client-facing events, Networking and social events, Thought leadership seminars, Internal engagement events, Internal training and recruitment programs, Multiday Meetings, Global and regional webinars.
• Manage budgets, pre- and post-event analysis, attendance metrics and feedback to ensure objectives are met.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Procurement to source venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
