Job summary

CoCo Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Events Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale corporate events for global clients. The role involves managing a multi-supplier logistics network, on-site delivery, and owning a portfolio of client accounts.

You will lead and develop a team of Event Managers and Executives, oversee budgets and invoicing, source venues, coordinate ground programmes internationally, and champion sustainability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a fast-paced agency delivering large corporate events.
• Previous people management experience; you’ve led a team.
• Confidence across client account management and event production.
• Practical experience with Cvent or similar platforms.
• Strong network of trusted suppliers and industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale events from brief to final report.
• Manage and develop a team of Event Managers and Executives.
• Own a portfolio of client accounts and build relationships for repeat business.
• Take responsibility for budgets, supplier negotiation, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Source venues, manage DMCs, and coordinate ground programmes internationally.
• Build and manage delegate registration through Cvent or similar platforms.
• Champion sustainability across every project.
