Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external partners on event details and logistics.
• Research venues and feasibility for future marketing events.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with caterers, hotels, AV, transportation, and promo suppliers.
• Design memorable events and develop concepts for management approval.
• Plan and execute logistics for assigned events, independently or with a team.
• Track event budgets and reconcile financials; monitor promotional items.
