Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation is seeking an Events Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute multiday domestic and international experiences that reinforce our brand and support business goals across Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership.

You will lead design and execution of incentive travel, corporate meetings, golf outings, and agent engagement experiences, while managing budgets, vendors, and timelines. Travel 10-15% and onsite support are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of event planning experience in corporate or hospitality settings.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and internationally (passport required).
• Excellent verbal, written and in-person communication with senior leadership.
• Able to balance day-to-day execution with broader strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead a comprehensive event strategy aligned with business priorities and brand positioning.
• Maintain the annual events calendar and contribute to leadership reporting on performance and ROI.
• Coordinate logistics from sourcing through onsite execution and post-event follow-up.
