Job summary

Sector Global is seeking enthusiastic, organised professionals to join the Global Meetings team. You will help deliver professionally managed networking programmes and one-to-one meetings for major international events, engaging exhibitors, buyers and participants.

This temporary, project-based role involves coordinating with an international project team, supporting delivery from preparation through to completion, and providing high-quality customer service across time zones.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM systems and event-management platforms.
• Customer-focused, proactive service attitude.
• Ability to work across international time zones and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, buyers and event participants.
• Engage businesses to participate in networking and meeting programmes.
• Provide a professional concierge service to help participants maximise their event experience.
• Coordinate and schedule one-to-one business meetings.
• Respond to enquiries and provide timely, accurate information.
• Support project delivery using internal event-management systems and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers across different countries and time zones.
• Maintain participant records and contribute to project reporting.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience.
• Provide on-site support during events when required.
