Job summary

Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is seeking a Coordinator, Global Events to support the execution of EO’s Global Events portfolio, including Explorations, Universities, and Global Leadership Conference. Responsibilities span registration management, attendee communications, and onsite logistics to ensure a high-quality attendee experience.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Event Leads, MSC, and tech partners, handling data accuracy, refunds, and content development while contributing to SOP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two+ years administrative experience, association work, event planning or coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office presentations tools.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Manage all event-related lists (registration, waitlists, rooming, group assignments) and ensure accuracy across platforms (CRM, Cvent, Eventbrite).
• Draft and coordinate event communications (emails, updates, reminders) aligned with brand standards; manage email lists and WhatsApp groups.
• Coordinate event logistics including packing, shipping, onsite materials, and run-of-show alignment; support dietary needs and venue coordination.
• Maintain SOPs and assist with loyalty initiatives; support MyEO events and local chapters in collaboration with Event Leads.
