Palo Alto Networks seeks a Senior Operations Manager for the Global Events COE to be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the events team. You will develop data-driven insights, scalable frameworks, and dashboards to optimize the end-to-end event lifecycle and deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with Marketing Ops and leaders to align strategies, track ROI, and drive improvements across global programs. Hybrid work arrangement at Santa Clara HQ is available.

Formación

• Over 10+ years of experience in corporate event operations or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Analytics or related field.
• Robust quantitative modeling skills with ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Proven track record leading high‑impact operational transformations in fast‑paced environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic initiatives by structuring complex challenges into scalable reporting frameworks.
• Develop, monitor, and own dashboards that track event performance, attendee engagement, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
• Oversee end‑to‑end event lifecycle with cross‑functional teams to drive maximum value.
• Synthesize insights to advise leadership on optimizing investments across the portfolio.
• Coach and mentor team members within the Global Events COE.
