Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Senior Event Experience Manager to lead our Global Events organization. You will own Ignite on Tour in North America and support strategic experiences including Board retreats and Cyber Week.

The role blends strategy, design, and operational excellence, overseeing planning, stakeholder alignment, attendee experience, and onsite execution across multiple markets with marketing, sales, executives, and agencies.

Competenze

10+ years of experience in corporate, experiential, or B2B event marketing.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Proven ability to lead events end-to-end from strategy through onsite execution and measurement.
Strong project management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
Strategic, detail-oriented, proactive, solutions-focused.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Skilled in managing agencies, venues, budgets, and forecasts.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insights, or attendee experience.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
Creative, collaborative, resourceful, and passionate about exceptional customer experiences.
Positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a continuous desire to innovate.
Background in cybersecurity or enterprise technology strongly preferred.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution across Ignite on Tour in North America and select programs.
Create engaging attendee experiences with repeatable roadshow frameworks and standards.
Oversee event operations, timelines, production, logistics, onsite execution, and risk mitigation.
Drive stakeholder alignment and clear workstream ownership across teams.
Partner with Field and Customer Marketing to drive recruitment, registration, and engagement.
Manage external partners, venues, budgets, forecasting, procurement, and reconciliation.
Evaluate event performance through attendance, engagement, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
Introduce creative concepts and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and experiences.
Travel domestically ~15–20% for site visits and onsite leadership.
Take on additional responsibilities to support team success.
