Job summary

Cadence, based in Austin, seeks an Event Technology Specialist to own the technology stack behind our events, including registration systems, mobile apps, webinars, and audience engagement tools.

You will configure platforms, test before events, train teams, and collaborate with vendors to ensure brand consistency and smooth execution across regions. Some travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with event management tools; Cvent experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage event websites, mobile apps, webinars, and related platforms.
• Configure platforms for frictionless user experiences across regions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Test, train, and document supported systems for global teams.
• Evaluate outcomes and propose improvements to enhance event technology.
