Job summary

Cadence Design Systems in the United States seeks an Event Technology Specialist to own and run the full tech stack behind live and virtual events, from registration to streaming, ensuring flawless attendee experiences across regions.

You will partner with event planners, test platforms, customize vendor solutions, and maintain brand consistency while capturing attendee data and delivering post-event support. Travel may be required; heavy focus on reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with event management tools; Cvent preferred; familiar with mobile apps and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage event websites, apps, webinars, and related platforms.
• Configure platforms to deliver a frictionless user experience.
• Coordinate timelines and budgets with the Senior Manager; liaise with vendors.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues before and during events.
• Develop documentation and deliver training for enterprise event software.
