Job summary

Cadence is seeking an Event Technology Specialist in Boston to lead the technology stack behind our events, including registration, apps, webinars, and engagement tools. You will own platforms from setup through event-day execution, partnering with planners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless experiences across regions.

You’ll test, customize, and maintain systems, capture attendee data, and help optimize sessions and engagement.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
One to three years of relevant Event Technology experience.
Familiarity with event management tools; Cvent experience preferred.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends; travel up to 30% (incl. international).

Responsibilities

Build and manage event websites, mobile apps, webinars, and other event-related software platforms.
Configure platforms to deliver a frictionless user experience.
Coordinate with Event Lead to maintain timelines across workstreams and monitor progress.
Uphold brand consistency across regions and vendor interfaces.
Create scopes of work, timelines, and budgets with Senior Manager input.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful implementation and testing.
Develop and maintain documentation; design and deliver training for enterprise event software.
