Job summary

ITA Group is seeking an Event Manager for incentives in Atlanta. The role coordinates travel and virtual event programs, leads internal teams, and ensures deliverables and budgets align with client vision.

The Event Manager works with cross-functional teams, manages multiple events, and builds strong supplier relationships to deliver engaging experiences for employees, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, or Communications required.
• Three years’ experience in event management or two years in ITA Group’s Event Management division.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation of event travel and virtual event programs for clients.
• Lead internal teams for ITA Group’s incentives solutions line.
• Ensure deliverables, budgets, and client expectations are aligned.
• Develop relationships with third-party suppliers and optimize partnerships.
