Sanofi seeks a strategic Head of Global Ethics and Business Integrity Principles, Learning and Communications to shape and deliver enterprise-wide ethics and training initiatives. You will lead updates to codes, design global learning programs, and drive communications across a complex, multinational organization.

You will oversee AI-enabled analytics, coordinate with regional teams, and partner with senior leaders to ensure integrity remains foundational to patient care and scientific progress.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading global compliance principles and learning programs in healthcare, life sciences or similarly highly regulated industries, with deep knowledge of bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, and industry codes
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design, with hands-on experience managing learning management systems and leveraging assessment analytics
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application to compliance learning — including content generation, automation, and data-driven personalization
• Experience designing concise, effective compliance principles, procedures, and guidance, with a proven track record of owning and evolving enterprise-wide compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and build cross-functional stakeholder communities in a global, matrixed organization
• Ability to lead and influence in a large, complex, global matrixed organization, with experience presenting to and advising senior executives
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or compliance, with significant experience managing global teams and programs
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Aufgaben

• Evolve Sanofi's Code of Conduct, leading updates in partnership with senior leadership, with global rollout communications and training
• Oversee mandatory Global Compliance Learning modules, including governance, coordination with partners, exemption management and safeguarding of data
• Lead the design and deployment of global compliance learning programs grounded in adult learning principles, needs analysis, instructional design and evaluation
• Drive the global EBI communications strategy and calendar, delivering proactive compliance communications to reinforce ethics
• Leverage AI and analytics to modernize and measure a data-driven compliance learning ecosystem
• Support regional compliance teams with guidance and resources to align with global standards
• Set the global strategy for EBI principles and GPOs, coordinating with Global Risk Owners and Process Owners
• Represent the compliance learning segment within the Enterprise Learning Advisory Board
• Oversee conflict of interest and disclosure programs, integrating acquisitions and streamlining cycles
• Collaborate with Risk Management to align learning with enterprise risk assessments and annual planning
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team across regions
• Key interfaces with EBI Leadership, GROs, Risk Management, Learning Services, and Governance
