Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Global Head of Quality Audit and External Liaison to lead risk-based auditing, regulatory intelligence, and external engagement across GXP domains. The role drives continuous improvement and ensures readiness for inspections across manufacturing, development, and digital platforms.

This senior leader will shape the department roadmap, collaborate with global stakeholders, and leverage data and AI-driven insights to secure compliant product launches and lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device or regulatory authority.
• Fluent English.
• Inclusive, transformational leadership and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement the department roadmap for Quality Audit and External Liaison.
• Lead risk-based auditing strategies across GXP domains and external benchmarking.
• Manage regulatory inspection activities and due diligence support.
• Utilize data and digital tools to drive insights, efficiencies and knowledge sharing.
• Represent Sanofi externally at key meetings and working groups; drive continuous improvement across organization levels.
