Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or Business.
• 3+ years in policy development, training development, project management, or regulatory roles.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery.
• Proven ability to design and deliver ILT in person and virtual environments.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong written, oral, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of North America EBI guidance and keep documents current with regulatory requirements.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams for EBI guidance and documentation.
• Design and deliver ILT in person and virtual settings.
• Build microlearning modules and short-form digital assets to reinforce compliance concepts.
• Facilitate experiential sessions (e.g., LEGO SERIOUS PLAY) to strengthen collaboration.
• Track completion rates and training effectiveness; report to LMS operations teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements in guidance management and training delivery.
• Develop and execute change-management strategies to drive adoption.
