Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of ETF or basket operations experience.
• Deep understanding of ETF mechanics, baskets, PCFs, NSCC processes.
• Proven experience leading large operational teams and managing risk in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate actions, income processing, cash-in-lieu, and processing impacts on ETFs.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Technology, Trading, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency teams.
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and senior management governance forums.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, CAIA or related qualifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior oversight of daily ETF basket production and PCFs production.
• Own escalation and resolution of complex basket issues.
• Partner with Technology and Product on platform enhancements, control automation, and basket process modernization.
• Own the operational risk framework for Basket Operations, ensuring adherence to procedures and controls.
• Ensure strong audit, regulatory compliance, including remediation plans.
• Lead and develop managers and senior staff across Basket Operations, fostering accountability.
• Set performance expectations, support talent development, and build succession plans.
• Promote cross-training and resiliency across global locations for business continuity.
