Job summary

RTS is seeking an Events Coordinator to support Evo and RTS live events worldwide, reporting to the Events Manager. You will help plan, execute, and manage attendee data, credentialing, and on-site operations while collaborating with marketing, partnerships, content, and broadcast teams.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. A proactive, autonomous mindset and remote-friendly collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in live event operations, preferably gaming/esports.
• Proven ability to own projects of varying scale.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Drive tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable event frameworks adaptable to multiple events.
• Lead or support operations planning across categories by event scale.
• Manage attendee data, credentialing, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee on-site registration, VIP desk, and help queue processes.
• Coordinate catering, concessions, and event office setup.
• Track invoices and vendor payments; identify cost-saving opportunities.
