RTS is seeking an Events Coordinator to support Evo and RTS live events worldwide, reporting to the Events Manager. You will help plan, execute, and manage attendee data, credentialing, and on-site operations while collaborating with marketing, partnerships, content, and broadcast teams.
The role requires hands-on execution, strong communication, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. A proactive, autonomous mindset and remote-friendly collaboration are essential.

Beyond our established live events, Evo’s mission continues to evolve to create, celebrate, and renew fighting game fandom.
As Events Coordinator, you will play an important role in the planning and execution of Evo and RTS live events globally. You will work closely with the Events Manager and VP of Operations to determine your role across events of varying scales and complexity. For larger flagship events like Evo Las Vegas, you may have a specific on-site role and assist across various tasks. For smaller-scale events, you may take full ownership of the end-to-end planning for a functional area.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, can operate independently, and can manage client groups, details, and production timelines effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams including marketing, partnerships, content, and broadcast, as well as external agencies and contractors.
You will report to the Events Manager
The salary for this role is $65,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
