Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to oversee demand planning, procurement activities and intercompany sourcing for ESP and HPS systems across international markets.

You will coordinate RFQs, work with global S&OP and engineering teams to optimize forecasts, inventory, and delivery performance, and drive cost efficiency with a strong emphasis on supplier collaboration and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain processes including demand planning, procurement, inventory management and logistics with a strong international focus.
• Global strategic planning and sourcing to drive cost savings, lead time improvements and quality requirements for ESP business.
• Expertise with SAP MM for material planning, inventory management and procurement, with data analysis.
• Experience in oil and gas production field operations or ESP technology.
• Lean/Continuous improvement to remove non-value add activity and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supports demand and procurement planning for ESP and HPS systems across international markets.
• Oversees regional demand planners, defines intercompany orders and coordinates with S&OP and engineering teams to forecast demand.
• Prepares RFQs and leads competitive bidding with suppliers for quality, delivery and pricing.
• Executes Category Management strategy and collaborates with global procurement to approve suppliers and negotiate agreements.
• Leads inventory segmentation projects balancing service levels, working capital and lead times for North America and international markets.
