Job summary

Lapmaster Wolters Group is seeking an ERP Project Manager to drive the transformation across the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany, reporting to the ERP Program Lead and coordinating with business leaders, IT, and implementation partners.

You will manage cross-functional workstreams, governance, data migration, testing, training, cutover planning, and go-live readiness, ensuring adoption and timely decisions across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience including ERP or large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• Experience with integrated project planning, dependency management, risk governance, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating testing, data migration, training, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation planning and execution across business and technical streams.
• Governance: status, risks, issues, decisions, and executive updates.
• Coordinate meetings, logs, and RAID management for the program.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, IT, and others across geographies.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, training, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Drive change management and organizational readiness initiatives.
