Our client, a global FMCG business, is currently going through a significant period of transformation, and this role leads the supply chain workstream of that program.

The business is migrating from its current ERP platform to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and this role is the primary business lead for supply chain through that process. In practice, that means planning, coordinating and executing the transformation across Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics and related operational functions: managing project timelines, leading process design, supporting systems integration, and making sure data is ready for migration. The role also covers testing, training, change management and go-live execution, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, external implementation partners and executive leadership to deliver Dynamics 365 successfully.

The right person will bring strong supply chain expertise alongside hands-on ERP implementation experience, with a proven track record of leading complex projects. A deep understanding of how business processes connect across functions is essential, as is the ability to bring a wide range of stakeholders with you through change. Prior experience with Dynamics 365 is helpful.
