Comoto Holdings is seeking a seasoned ERP leader to own the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform, spanning fulfillment, financials, and AP. The Director will drive strategy, governance, and modernization across on-prem and OCI cloud, guiding a cross-functional team and external partners.

The role emphasizes ROI-driven delivery, vendor management, and a transformative operating model. Hybrid work from Philadelphia HQ preferred, with potential roles at NJ or Las Vegas fulfillment centers.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of ERP experience including hands-on and leadership with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (10+ years JDE).
• 5+ years leading teams at Manager/Director level — currently at Director level or above.
• Proven track record leading ERP transformations with measurable results.
• Deep JDE domain across fulfillment/distribution and financials / AP.
• End-to-end JDE depth across Projects, Support, and CNC knowledge.
• Vendor-management strength with JDE partners and managed-service engagements.
• AI-forward and integration-savvy in JDE tooling and AI space for ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy & roadmap for the JDE platform with key stakeholders.
• Be the accountable owner and face of JDE to the business and executives.
• Lead and develop the JDE team and governance structures.
• Install delivery discipline with ROI-cased plans and metrics.
• Run JDE projects, enhancements, and managed-service engagements as needed.
• Own solutioning across fulfillment and financials/AP in collaboration with Finance and FCs.
• Establish governance, change-management, validation, and access controls (PCI/SOC 2).
• Remove key-person risk via resilient managed services and partnerships.
• Drive modernization, cloud migration (OCI), and AI/automation for JDE.
