The role emphasizes delivering standardized ERP solutions, reducing local variances, and acting as a bridge between business needs and ERP template convergence across regions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enhancements and process improvements to ERP systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized solutions
• Ensure enhancements are aligned with regional and global strategies
• Consolidate local process variants into a shared global ERP template, ensuring consistency across regions and alignment with the target operating model
• Assess and reduce local customizations and deviations, converging them toward standardized and globally supported ERP solutions
